The only cost is a modest transaction fee that you would pay to FETCHpay, but we build this into the credit and debit cards fees that you would normally pay, making our solution the most cost efficient for your business.

Order and Pay

FETCHpay’s Order and Pay solution provides your customers and guests convenience, choice and where needed speed. It increases your staff efficiency and productivity by reducing the time spent on order and payment processing, allowing staff to focus on customer service, and providing the ability to improve the guest experience by allowing for even better reviews.
You can have our order and pay solution with or without integration. If you don’t want or need it integrated into your till system (ePOS) then we can set you up immediately with a printer to receive the orders, or a tablet. If you want it integrated, no problem our team will set that up if needed. Click here for more details.
If you don’t want or need integration, then we can get you going for free.If you want integration and we already work with your ePOS provider, it could easily be free to get going. If we need to do a new integration, we will usually partner with the ePOS provider to make sure any costs incurred are kept to a minimum.
Yes, the tablet and printer is yours as long as you are a FETCHpay customer. You can choose to end your rolling contract at any time and you’ll need to return the equipment to us when you are no longer working with FETCHpay.

Usually within 5 working days from receiving your menu/s. Thereafter you’ll receive your onboarding kit, including your table readers and tablet. Once this is installed, you can start to take orders!
