Accor Selects FETCH as its Preferred Supplier for Guest Convenience Technology Solutions

FETCH will power guest experiences at Accor hotels, resorts, and residences worldwide.

Redefining guest experience

FETCH technologies and expertise will now serve guests across the vast Accor collection of more than 5,000 hotels, resorts, and residences. 
Using FETCH solutions on their smartphones, guests will be able to order food and beverages wherever it’s convenient – from their room, poolside, in a bar, etc. Similarly, guests visiting one of the onsite restaurants, cafes, or bars in person can pay at table and be on their way, without having to wait for the server to process the payment.

Convenience at the heart of elevated service

The user experience is the height of luxurious convenience: The guest simply scans a Quick Response (QR) code and follows the simple, straightforward process optimized for smartphones.
The bill pay process includes self-service splitting, tipping, and feedback. Guests can pay directly using a payment wallet or card, or they can bill to their room.
